lemon chicken

Kale Lemon Chicken with white wine sauce over angel hair pasta & spinach salad.  This recipe was borrowed and remixed with a Kerri twist; let me know what you think! To make, you will need:

○ 1 cup of flour
○ 2 tbsp butter
○ 2/3 cup white wine
○ 2/3 cup chicken broth 
○ 1/2 tbsp of lemon
○ 3 leaves of organic kale
○ angel hair pasta
○ chicken breast
○ Italian seasoning 
○ salt & pepper
○ olive oil

I used 2 chicken breast for this recipe. Pound chicken slightly, salt/pepper each side; dredge liberally in flour. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet add chicken. Slightly brown on each side. Add wine, lemon, broth, and Italian seasoning to skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced. Remove chicken and set to side; add kale cook until wilted. Pour sauce with kale on top of chicken over angel hair. Top with fresh or grated parm! Super delish and easy!
